Ethnic code description
Integrity is the corner stone of our business operation in socialist market economy, a basic rule that guides CNC’s relationship with its customers, shareholders and other stakeholders, as well as the relations between CNC and its employees, and among the employees themselves. All CNC employees must honor the principle of integrity.
Responsibilities
All CNC employees should honor their personal and business integrity, safeguard corporate interests, and never have fraudulent behaviors. What’s more, they should treat customers, suppliers, competitors and their colleagues in a fair and equal manner.
Responsibilities towards customers
Rapidly respond to customers needs, provide quality service; protect customers right to communication and privacy; respect their right to choose a service; carefully handle issues related to commission, discount, authorization and allowance; never secure a deal through bribery or commissions.
Responsibilities towards business partners
Treat suppliers equally, and give them equal opportunities to take part in bidding; never take bribes, commissions or other benefits from suppliers; respect the corporate culture of suppliers and treat them according to business protocol.
Responsibilities towards competitors
Carry out mutually-beneficial cooperation with other operators; never have illegal activities while performing your duty; never have vicious competition or artificially create obstacles for the interconnection and interoperation between telecom networks.
Responsibilities towards colleagues
Respect your colleagues, their religious belief, and privacy; never
harass or threaten your colleagues; try to be a good team player and build a harmonious working environment.
